  • The Experiment: Escape Room is a first person escape room puzzle game, which can be played on desktop or with VR, and as a solo, cooperative or competitive experience. After visiting a doctor, you awaken to find yourself in a locked room, apparently undergoing some form of medical experiment, and you must find a way to escape.
  • Mad Experiments: Escape Room is a multiplayer narrative escape game made for advanced players. Alone or with teammates, you have 60 minutes to explore, solve, and escape!

Mad Experiments: Escape Room is an immersive and intense escape room experience online. In a team of up to 6 players or solo: collect clues, solve mind-blowing puzzles and unlock the secrets of this strange place in the allotted time.

Treatment Room

Open the top right locker between the wooden door and the bed. Pick up blood sample A, and insert it into slot A of the blood analyzer beneath the whiteboard. Pick up the key from the bed, and use it in the white door, then head through.

Dark Corridor

Continue through the metal door straight ahead. Turn on the light by pulling the cord hanging from the ceiling. Pick up the blood bag from the bottom of the shelves straight ahead, and hang it on the empty hook on the second row of hooks to the left. Pick up the large roll of paper towels from the left of the shelves and use it on the blackboard to reveal a code. Enter this code (5649) on the panel in the cupboard. Treatment Room

Insert blood sample D into the blood analyzer.

Dark Corridor

Grab the key from the cupboard you unlocked, and use it to unlock the tall cupboard to the right. Pick up the fuse, then open the fuse box to the right and insert the fuse into the empty slot. Now look closely at the second row of blood bags and note the symbols in their top right corner. Set the fuses according to these symbols (up, down, down, up, down, up, up, down). A light will turn on in the corridor. Out in the corridor, look at the white books in the shelves and you should be able to make out 4 numbers. Enter this code (7413) on the panel in the door, then head through.

Morgue

Look at the tags on the feet of the 4 corpses. There are 4 tags, numbered 1-4, and four numbers on the other feet. Enter the code these indicate (9362) on the panel half way along the room, near the head of the middle corpses. Open the cupboard and take the surgical instrument from inside, then place it on the tray near the entrance to the room. Search the other cupboards here to find 4 more instruments, and place these all on the tray so that the drawer beneath opens. Take the small card from inside.

Place the card on the microscope at the far end of the room, then look up to see a number displayed on the screen. Enter this code (1981) on the panel beneath the screen. Open the cupboard and crouch down to look inside. Ignore the piece of paper for now. Pick up the battery and put it the flashlight.

Dark Corridor

Enter the side room and take the battery from the tall cupboard.

Morgue

Place the second battery in the flashlight. You can now pick this up and carry it if you want, but you need to drop it to interact with other objects. Pick up the paper with the word 'KEPT' and the alphabet shown below. Go over to the remaining low panel along the side of the room and look at the keypad to see it has 10 letters but no numbers. You need to use a Caesar cipher to change the word KEPT forward by 3 letters. Enter this code (NHSW/2609), then open the cupboard and take the key.

Dark Corridor

Use the key in the locked door to the right, then head through.

Animal Lab

Open the drawer next to the red light beneath the right cage. Search the room to find 3 bananas (on the central desk, in the top middle cupboard along the right wall, in the bottom right cupboard along the right wall). Place each of these in the slots inside the drawer, then close the drawer and the light will turn green. Now open the drawer next to the red light beneath the middle cage. Search the room to find 2 pieces of meat (top middle drawer along the right wall, top right drawer in the central desk). Place each of these in the slots inside the drawer, then close the drawer and the light will turn green.

Go to the opened cupboard beneath the central desk. Pick up the monkey totem and place it on one of the marked positions at the right end of the bench along the right wall - there should now be 3 animal tokens here. Return to the recently opened cupboard and look at the piece of paper inside. This shows a series of symbols with associated numbers, and on the back has a hint about reading backwards. Look at the low panel along the right wall to see it has 3 symbols beneath it. Convert this to numbers using the piece of paper. Enter this code (3922), then open the cupboard.

In here you will find a wooden board with 4 and a right arrow. Pick up the animal totem and place it on the final marked position on the right end of the bench. Now pick up the flashlight and look at the opposite wall to see a series of 4 animal photographs. Swap the positions of the totems to match this sequence (bear, gorilla, lion, bull).

In the drawer that opens you will find a wooden board with 3 and an up arrow. Look in the top left cupboard to find a wooden board with 1 and a left arrow. Look in the top right cupboard to find a wooden board with 2 and an up arrow. Piece together the information from the 4 wooden boards, then go to the panel with the arrows and enter the code (left, up, up, right). Open the cupboard and take the red glowing ball.

Go to the 3 sets of pipes near the entrance door. Place the red glowing ball in each of these and watch its path highlight 3 numbers. Go to the remaining panel in the high cupboards and enter the code (135). Pick up blood sample B.

Insert blood sample B into the blood analyzer.

Pick up blood sample C from the most recently opened cupboard.

Treatment Room

Insert blood sample C into the blood analyzer. Now that all 4 samples are here you will be shown a code on the machine. Enter this code (8390) on the panel below and open the cupboard. Inside you will find a syringe with 6 mL of blood, and a certificate with the number 98.

Mad Experiments Escape Room

Along the right wall are 2 more certificates with the numbers 8 and 9. Add these digits together and enter the code (8998) on the panel beneath the certificates on the wall. Open the cupboard to find a syringe with 9 mL of blood, and a periodic table of the elements.

Use the information from the periodic table with the 2 chemical symbols on the locker 'Mo' and 'Am'. Enter the resulting code (4295), then open the locker. Inside you will find a syringe with 1 mL of blood, and a screwdriver.

Use the screwdriver on the right end of the x-ray display panel, then turn on the switch. Look at the x-rays to see a series of numbers, reading them from right to left. Enter this code (4958) on the low panel next to the bed and open the cupboard. Pick up the heart from inside and place it on the scales opposite. Enter the weight as a code (1082) on the panel below. Inside you will find a syringe with 5 mL of blood, and a chart of deadly animals. Pick up the chart of deadly animals and take it with you.

Go to the wooden door and enter a code created from the volumes of blood in the 4 syringes you have found (6915), then head through.

Office

Go over to the cabinet with animal figures and pictures above it. Look at the 4 large pictures at the top, and match them with animals on the chart you are holding. Enter this code (1793) on the panel here, then open the cabinet. Look at the piece of card inside and flip it around to see another code. Enter this code (7290) on the panel to the right. Inside is a card about the HeadHammer Shark (5m).

Now head to the desk and look at the laptop to see it needs a code. Find 3 red books in the same series with capitalized letters, and guess the final letter to work out the code. Enter this (RUIN) into the laptop. You will see a picture of a shark, then clues about a series of 4 sharks.

Look at the small round table to find a card about the Bull Shark (2m). Head out through the broken window and look in the bucket to find a card about the Great White Shark (7m), and another about the Tiger Shark (3m). Piece these lengths of the sharks together to create a code. Enter this code (3527) on the panel in the remaining cupboard with the large shark tooth symbol. Take the key from inside and use it in the final door. Open the door to escape Complete at last.

There are two other achievements for completing the game under specific circumstances:

  • Finish without using any hints No need for doctors
  • Finish the game in under 70 minutes Keeping the doctor away

You can easily obtain these last two by playing a new game and using the codes you learned on the first run through. Just open the wooden door in the treatment room (6915), then the low cupboard in the office with the shark tooth symbol (3527). Take the key and open the door.
