These are usually the best choices. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WHEN LOOKING FOR SONGS TO NIGHTCORE, YOU SHOULD STAY AROUND THE GENRES OF EUROTRANCE, EURODANCE, VOCAL TRANCE.

- Choosing the right software. I use Audacity, I personally like Audacity but there are many more like WavePad, Virtual DJ, or even FL Studio.
- Choosing the right speed. My nightcore songs are a speed around 10-14. In my opinion, some songs doesn't sound right with a lot of speed. So just play around with it. I go for around 10-14.
- Choosing the right pitch. I recommend not having your pitch higher than 6. Too much pitch doesn't sound good at all.
- Normalizing the bass. Once you finish with changing the speed and pitch, you should probably normalize the song because it may sound distorted. Audcaity has the Normalizing feature, I don't know about the other software.
- One good thing to know is that most Nightcores are female vocals. So if u want some more views, make your Nightcores with female vocals. Also Nightcore electronic music. Most people Nightcores Techno & Trance. Myself use House (Mostly Progressive) and that works fine for me. But don't Nightcore Hardcore cause that will sound awful since Regular Nightcore is the same BPM as Hardcore. (Tip by DjSwemania)

1st way, Audacity Tutorial:

(there are so many people on YouTube who make this mistake and it's ridiculous!)
Now, we’ll start:
1: Get the free Audacity software from http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
2: Import the audio you want to make a Nightcore song from into Audacity
3: Press Effect --> Change Pitch. Increase the pitch between 20 to 30 percent.
4: Press Effect --> Change Tempo. Increase the tempo between 20 to 30 percent.
(These numbers are mere guidelines; feel free to experiment until you find what sounds best. )
5: Press File and export the song in the format you want it.

2nd way, WavePad Sound Editor Tutorial:

Many people prefer using the program WavePad Sound Editor ;)
I think its very easy to use and gives supah quality, better than Audacity :)
It's not free, though. You can download a fully-functional demo that will last for 30 days.

4: There add a number (mostly choose) between 125 and 130.
